Welcome to a month filled with tips and suggestions, all focused on the fine art of enhancing gratitude. This 28 day, 4 week program will offer you curated tips and suggestions for daily practice of perhaps just five minutes. But.... we think this will provide major dividends in our lives. As you will see from Dr Sonja Lyubomirsky's quote below, Gratitude is not just a positive emotion, it neutralizes negative emotion.
